Visitor Information

Due to the Gallery's closure, this event will now be moving online. Tutorials are now available to view below. Please note there will be no physical event at the Gallery.

Donations welcome, free access to tutorials (see below YouTube videos)

This family learning event has been made possible by funding from the People’s Postcode Lottery.

In the coldest of season, we imagine snowy scenes, dramatic skies and pops of colour from hardy plants and trees. Taking inspiration from the natural world, Elizabeth will show you how to create a number of winter scenes exploring different drawing and painting techniques.

After a playful mark-making activity to warm you up, Elizabeth will show you how to create a series of sketches, drawings and watercolours. These artworks could be used as homemade card toppers, gifted to those you love or proudly displayed in your home.

Suitable for all ages and abilities. No experience necessary.
