Christmas Appeal - St Chads Community Project

St Chads Community Project supports local families throughout the year, this year has been especially busy with the cost of living and fuel crisis hitting the families hard.  At the project, we believe everyone deserves to wake up on Christmas morning with a present to open and not to have to worry about the extra food needed over the holiday period and if St Chads can ease the burden and help alleviate the stress Christmas brings them we will, however we do rely on peoples donations and generosity.

Items we can accept are as follows: 

• Non-perishable food items (tea, coffee, hot chocolate, tins, pasta, rice etc.)
• Non-perishable festive food items (chocolate, long-life cakes, mince pies, boxes of biscuits, savoury crackers etc.)
• Warm items for adults and children (gloves, hats, thermals, hot water bottles, hand-warmers, blankets etc.)
• Toiletries (bath sets, toothpaste, toothbrushes, sanitary items, towels, soap, shampoo etc.)
• Gift items (brand new books and toys; gifts for teens; baby items; gifts for adults).
• Rolls or packets of gift wrap

Additional notes:

• No alcohol or money.
• Donations ideally in a plastic/paper bag to help our storage.
• Donations should not be gift wrapped as we need to see what they are - but donations of rolls/packets of gift wrap are appreciated (sellotape has already been sourced).

Last date for donations: 4pm on Thursday 14 December.
