Do you want to be more involved with your local museums? Do you have an interest or hobby which you have always wanted to pursue further? Why not sign up to become a volunteer for Tyne & Wear Archives & Museums.
To celebrate the Shipley Art Gallery's 100th Birthday we are aiming to recruit 100 new volunteers. Join us at the Shipley Art Gallery to find out about volunteering opportunities at Tyne & Wear Archives & Museums nine venues across the North East:

Volunteers are essential to the work that we do. You can help to ensure that all of our museums and galleries are innovative, imaginative, creative, totally inclusive, secure and sustainable.
In turn, we hope volunteering will help you to develop new skills and interests, meet friendly, like-minded people, gain confidence and a sense of wellbeing, and even strengthen your CV.
